Joseph Lipper

Build Coach

Joseph is a 3rd year Manufacturing Engineering student at Cal Poly. 

He has 10 years of robotics experience, and 2 years experience professionally coaching all levels of VEX Robotics teams, including coaching students that went on to win the 2026 VEX Robotics World Championship.

Design Coach

Chris is a 1st year Mechanical Engineering student at Cal Poly.

Chris has several years of experience as a VEX Robotics competitor, consistently performing in the 99th percentile of teams, and has coached 4 other teams in design and build strategies for the past 2 years.
